Fazenda Serra Nova

The Oliveira family’s coffee legacy spans four generations. Their passion for coffee has been passed down from their great-grandfather. Their coffee plantations thrive at elevations ranging from 900 to 1200 meters above sea level.   To enhance their coffee expertise, they have taken courses to learn about various aspects of coffee production. Notably, they discovered that brix, which represents the sugar content in coffee beans, significantly influences quality.  Recently, they participated in the Flowins Specialty Coffee Quality Contest during the International Coffee Week. Their coffee secured twentieth place in the general classification, providing a strong incentive to continue pursuing excellence.
